I’ve been a performer for as long as I can remember. Bands, duos, musical theater, a capella groups, singer/songwriter, front singer of a show band – exploring different musical genres and styles has always been my greatest inspiration.
San Francisco and the Bay Area have become a second home for me after living there for a few years and performing on stages in the city and the East Bay, including the Lesher Center in Walnut Creek in a CCMT production, the SF Conservatory of Music, the Herbst Theater, and Martuni’s Piano Bar. Most recently, I got the once in a lifetime chance to play Feinstein’s at the Nikko with my dear friend Erik Chalfant aka Vanessa Bousay. I produced a big fundraiser show and a few cabarets; and I am proud to say that I am a founding member of the Oakland based vocal ensemble NovAntiqua.
I’ve studied voice with renowned teachers, Bruno Hetzendorfer (Abraxas Musical Academy, Munich) and Noelle Turner (Folkwang University of the Arts, Essen) amongst others. Over the years I’ve done master classes and other training courses, in EVT (Estill Voice Training), Musical theater (with teachers from the StageSchool, Hamburg), and acting (The Balletschool Performing Arts, Walnut Creek).
In 2017 I started the 3-year-course in Complete Vocal Technique at the Complete Vocal Institute in Copenhagen, Denmark, to achieve a degree as an authorized CVT-teacher.
